InfectISH™ 1.0 Detection Kit-Brown is designed for chromogenic RNA in situ hybridization (CISH) based on proprietary signal amplification and background suppression technology. This detection kit is designed for singleplex chromogenic staining utilizing the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme.
Each kit contains:
- A Peroxide Block
- Amplifier 1a (AMP1a)
- Amplifier 1b (AMP1b)
- Amplifier 2 (AMP2)
- Amplifier 3 (AMP3)
- Brown-HRP Chromogen
- Brown-HRP Substrate Buffer
- Hematoxylin
