Retrieval E is a proprietary Tris-EDTA based antigen retrieval buffer that is designed to significantly enhance staining of many primary antibodies with high heat at pH 9.0.
Retrieval is as simple as diluting Retrieval E 1:10 with deionized or distilled water and heat with your favorite heat source whether it is a vegetable steamer, autoclave, hotplate or pressure cooker.
